Graduate of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, academic lecturer at the Faculty of Political Science and Administration of Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz, Dean's Representative for the evaluation of scientific activity. He gained professional experience, among others, as the director of a scientific publishing house, vice-dean, in the field of sports marketing and thanks to wide cooperation with  non-governmental organizations.
